June and July

Well they have both whizzed by...... I haven't gotten around to doing any blogging of late. It's that time of year - weather has been great and these so much else to do!
I have been spending on my card mostly books and DVDs but am still keeping the costs way down.
My tax due at the end of July is the balance left on my flexiloan, so that will be gone in a week or so and after that the Credit Card will be down to zero again.
Life is manageable - an't that grand!

Thanx for the advise but as my current credit rating is "EXCELLENT", I don't feel the need to repair it any time soon.

Hi Lisa - just wanted to say thanks. Watching you beat your debt into submission inspired me to do something I've dithered about for a long time, and over the past year I've planned and saved (from nothing) for a 5-week trip to Europe with my daughter. No borrowing, no credit - we're paying the whole lot in cash. And we leave in a week :)

Karen I hope you had a super trip with your daugher!
With the way things are these days living debt free is the only way to be. I am glad my little blog inspired you. (Sorry I have taken so long to reply)
